Santa arrived in style on Saturday December 8th for the yearly Santa Parade in Columbia! This program has been a hit over several decades beginning way back in the day when the program was first formed by the Linkous Family owners of the former C.A. Herr Hardware store and Ms. Melanie Keiser who was the coordinator of this event for many years. The Santa parade later then began a joint program between the Columbia QRS dba:Columbia EMS and the Columbia Public Library.

Dozens of children lined the parade in much anticipation to see Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive in style atop the fire engine which brought Santa to the Columbia Public Library where children then stood patiently in line to share with Santa their wish list! "We're There....Because We Care" keeping old traditions alive in our community!
